⏵ When making a booking please provide us with your name, date & time for your appointment , nail inspiration picture and proof of deposit payment.

⏵ We do not take the " I will pay when you get here".

⏵ Balance to be paid before we touch your face.

⏵ House call fee is not included in the makeup prices.

⏵ When making an appointment, please communicate which service you would like

⏵ We respect our clients' time, we'd appreciate if ours is respected too.

⏵ Waiting period for a client is 15 minutes.

⏵ If you are late for more than 15 minutes your appointment will be forfeited OR be charged an additional fee with the standard rate of R150/15 minute.

⏵ Should you wish to cancel your appointment please let us know in time so we can allocate another slot for you (provided we have an open slot).

⏵ Should you cancel your booking the paid deposit fee will not be refunded.
