Please read before you bookShaz's Beauty Bar works strictly by appointment. To confirm any makeup, nail, lash or wig booking we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit, on-time arrival and your service details in advance. Here are quick answers to our most common booking questions:
Do I need to pay a deposit to book?
Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Late bookings require full payment upfront, and the balance is paid before your service begins.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please let us know in good time so we can offer the slot to another client. The paid deposit is non-refundable on cancellation.
What happens if I am late for my appointment?
We allow a 15-minute waiting period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be forfeited or charged an additional R150 per 15 minutes at the standard rate.
What do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide your name, preferred date and time, an inspiration picture and proof of your deposit payment, and let us know which service you would like.
